This page contains links to strategies, tools and techniques I’ve come across for self-managing chronic illness. Naturally, this means it’s biased towards the symptoms and obstacles I’ve experienced. However, I do believe that people with chronic illness share a lot of common experiences, and a lot of these resources will be useful in lots of circumstances. I’ve experimented with a lot of different ways of coping over the years and I’ve built up quite a collection of coping strategies. I hope this list will give you some ideas for coping with your own particular situation, and living your life as fully as possible with condition.
