Worry time or worry postponement is a CBT technique for reducing the amount of time and energy expended on worrying during the day. I really like this app as a way of keeping track of the worries that come up during the day. I usually have my phone to hand so it’s quick to note something down as it comes to mind. The reminder is helpful and I enjoyed the graphics. I prefer to use this app than pen and paper. I also find having the icon on my home screen acts as a reminder that I’m currently trying to practice this technique.
