The Worry Tree



The worksheets from aren’t the most sophisticated in terms of design or visual appeal.  But they are a great resource for people who have had an introduction to CBT with a therapist and want to carry on with those techniques.

I find this flow chart to be really helpful, especially when I use it together with worry time.  It is a difficult technique to practice, as instructions like ‘change focus of attention’ are the very definition of simple but not easy.
